ROSE

Rose is a handpicked merlot from a younger vineyard, which acquired a very intense pinky color after 2 hours of maceration, so it is also fresher and a wine that you can drink on any occasion.

SIVI PINOT

Pinot gris is macerated for 9 days and therefore has a very intense reddish color that also tastes like blueberries and forest fruits. 10 months in 500l oak barrels adds a flavor that irritates your taste.

MLAKA

Mlaka is from the oldest vineyard of the chardonnay variety. 3 days of maceration and then almost 4 months of quiet fermentation in an oak barrel, which added light notes of dried fruit and an intense orange color.

MALVAZIJA

Malvasia was harvested late when noble rot had already set in and is therefore also strongly aromatic. 10 days of maceration brings out its beautiful golden yellow color. 10 months in used oak barrels adds a slight note of wood. Very nice and fresh taste that lasts a long time.

ALUBER


Rebula is our autochthonous variety with which our area is most recognizable. After 20 days of maceration, it acquired a very nice orange color. 10 months in used oak barrels add a characteristic taste of citrus acidity.

BRAJDA

Brajda is a couve from tokaj, malvasia and rebula. After harvesting, each variety was macerated separately for 20 days, after which they were pressed together. Tokaj has a characteristic herbal note, while malvasia and rebula add a fruity and fresh taste. Everything is finished after 10 months in a 500l oak barrel.
